作为企业文化重要组成部分的团队文化,是指团队成员在相互合作的过程中,为实现各自的人生价值,并为完成团队共同目标而形成的一种潜意识文化,它对于一个单位的长远发展、持续发展、科学发展是十分重要的。在此,笔者结合宁淮高速公路淮安管理处(以下简称淮安管理处)六年来的工作实践,总结提炼出“稳、实、新、正、严、和”的团队文化,对江苏省高速公路经营管理中心(以下简称高管中心)企业文化进行了拓展和延伸,实现了企业文化的创新发展,引领着淮安处全面工作稳步向前。
As an important part of corporate culture, team culture refers to the subconscious culture formed by team members in order to realize their own life value and accomplish the team’s common goal in the process of mutual cooperation. It is very important for the long-term development of a unit, Sustainable development and scientific development are very important. Hereby, the author concludes the team culture of “steady, real, new, positive, strict, and ” based on the work practice of Huai’an Management Office of Ninghuai Expressway (hereinafter referred to as Huai’an Management Office) for six years, Expressway business management center (hereinafter referred to as Executive Center) corporate culture has been expanded and extended to achieve the innovation and development of corporate culture, leading the work of Huaian at steady progress.
