利用陶瓷膜、紫外串联工艺处理市政管网末端自来水,工艺对原水中TDS、TOC、UV254、细菌总数、重金属离子等污染物的去除率分别可达94%、43%、22%、50%、30%~93%。通过对单独陶瓷膜和组合工艺对污染物去除效果的分别研究,证明组合工艺对自来水的净化具有强化作用。陶瓷膜-紫外反应器兼具无泵出水、即开即用、无浓水排放等优点。针对运行中出现的膜污染问题进行了讨论,提出了该组合工艺的待优化参数。研究旨在集成一套基于陶瓷膜-紫外联用工艺的小型自来水净化装置。
The removal rate of TDS, TOC, UV254, total bacteria, heavy metal ions and other pollutants in the raw water can reach 94%, 43%, 22% and 50% respectively by using ceramic membrane and UV tandem process at the end of municipal pipe network. 30% ~ 93%. Through the separate ceramic membrane and the combination of technology on the removal of pollutants, respectively, to prove that the combined process of water purification has an enhanced role. Ceramic membrane - UV reactor with no pump water, that is open to use, non-concentrated water emissions and so on. Aiming at the problem of membrane fouling in operation, the parameters to be optimized of the combined process are proposed. The study aims to integrate a small tap water purification device based on a ceramic membrane-UV combination process.
