In early 1946, U.S. Senator Bernard Baruch invented the term “Cold War” in a speech. With the esteem of Churchill and Truman, the term has become so popular that the “Cold War” policy has also become an important deterrent to each other between the Western dominated bloc led by the United States and the Oriental countries headed by the Soviet Union. The 1962 edition of the “Outline for Operations” of the U.S. “definition of the Cold War” has the following definition and principle: “The Cold War includes all actions except limited war and comprehensive war, and hostile countries or alliances can use the Cold War to contest.” From the very beginning of the Cold War , Spy personnel on both sides of the United States and the Soviet Union started a desperate struggle over several decades in an unknown battlefield. Hammer and Scythe is a turn-based strategy game depicting Soviet agents operating in West Berlin in the early stages of the Cold War.
