目的 :探讨烷化溶血磷脂 ( AL P)对 HL 6 0细胞生长及药物敏感性的影响。方法 :以 AL P对 HL 6 0细胞克隆形成率及生长曲线影响来反映它的抗增殖效应。用 MTT法检测 HL 6 0细胞对 AL P及其他化疗药物敏感性。结果 :AL P能显著抑制 HL 6 0细胞的增殖能力 ,并且呈时间、剂量依赖性。 AL P与阿糖胞苷、氨甲蝶呤联合用药产生相加效应 ;与柔红霉素、地塞米松、三尖杉酯碱产生协同效应。结论 :AL P可抑制 HL - 6 0细胞增殖 ,增强 HL - 6 0细胞的药物敏感性
Objective: To investigate the effect of alkylated lysophospholipid (ALP) on the growth and drug sensitivity of HL 60 cells. Methods: The effect of AL P on the colony formation rate and growth curve of HL 60 cells was used to reflect its antiproliferative effects. The susceptibility of HL 60 cells to AL P and other chemotherapeutic agents was measured by the MTT assay. Results: AL P could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HL 60 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. AL P combined with cytarabine and methotrexate produced additive effects; synergistic effects with daunorubicin, dexamethasone, and harringtonine. Conclusion: AL P can inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells and enhance the drug sensitivity of HL-60 cells.
