本刊1980年第2期报导了《环形链悬挂输送机的技术革新》,本文继续报导近几年来的进展情况。 (一)为适应现有企业技术改造的需要,在原有系列规格φ8×24、φ10×30、φ10×40的基础上新设计了φ14×50环形链悬挂输送机(以下简称悬输机)。目前,已完成了成套施工图的编制,包括有传动装置、滑架、迴转装置等施工图册。其许用负荷为2500公斤(C级链条材质为20MnVK),接近或超过了可拆式链t=100及t=160的许用负荷见表1。同时这种环形链悬输机制造周期短、成本低,如按线路长度≥100米平均计算(不包括悬挂输送
This issue was published in the second issue of the journal “Technical Innovation of a Chained-Chain Overhead Conveyor”. This article continues to report on progress in recent years.
