将30颗牙分为镍铬合金组、钴铬合金组和金铂合金组,每组10颗,分别进行镍铬合金、钴铬合金和金铂合金PFM全冠修复。在修复前及修复后6、12个月时对受试牙进行临床检查,检测菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟探诊深度(GCD),并进行龈沟内取样,检测龈沟内GCF量和sICAM-l、IL-1β水平。结果:镍铬合金组修复后6、12个月时,GI、GCD和GCF各项指标与修复前及钴铬合金组、金铂合金组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
The 30 teeth were divided into nickel-chromium alloy group, cobalt-chromium alloy group and gold-platinum alloy group, with 10 pieces in each group, which were respectively treated with PFM crown restoration of nickel-chromium alloy, cobalt-chromium alloy and gold-platinum alloy. The test teeth were examined before operation and at 6 and 12 months after repair. Plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), gingival groove probing depth (GCD) The amount of GCF and the levels of sICAM-1 and IL-1β in the gingival sulcus were detected. Results: The indexes of GI, GCD and GCF at 6 and 12 months after the repair of Ni-Cr alloy were significantly different from those of before-treatment and cobalt-chromium alloy and gold-platinum alloy group (P <0.05).
