根据国际能源机构(IEAANN)所做的“模拟走向应用”的研究结果显示,建筑节能40%以上的潜力,来自于建筑方案初期的规划设计阶段。因此必须重视优化设计,这是绿色建筑实现性能优化的关键环节。以居住区建筑为例,方案初期应考虑场地建筑群的布局,然后通过模拟等优化手段完善设计方案,到了单体建筑设计时加上技术手段支撑,再进一步完善方案,直到进入施工图阶段。
According to a study by IEAANN “Analogue to Application”, the potential for more than 40% of building energy savings comes from the planning and design phase of the early stages of a building program. Therefore, we must pay attention to optimize the design, which is the key to green building performance optimization. Take residential area construction as an example. At the initial stage of the project, the layout of the site building group should be considered. Then, the design scheme should be improved through the optimization measures such as simulation. With the support of technical means when designing the single building, the project should be further perfected until the construction drawing stage is entered.
