信息技术的不断发展,推动了办公系统和档案管理体系的信息化并不断升级、更新和完善,随着信息技术在办公系统的应用和推广,我们体验了信息化办公系统的标准化、自动化和高效性的同时,也对办公室文书工作和档案管理工作提出了更高的要求。本文主要介绍了办公室文书及档案管理工作的特征,分析了当前办公室文书工作和档案管理工作中存在问题,并且提出了相应的解决措施。
