以cis-[RuCl2(DMSO)4]和异烟酰腙类化合物反应,合成4个[Ru(Ⅱ)Cl2(DMSO)2L1~4]型配合物(DMSO为二甲基亚砜,L1~4分别为吡啶-4-基甲醛异烟腙、对甲氧基苯甲醛异烟腙、呋喃-2-基甲醛异烟腙和对硝基苯甲醛异烟腙)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对配合物进行表征。利用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质,并用打孔琼脂扩散法和MTT法分别对配合物的抑菌效果和对人肺癌细胞株A549的抑制活性进行了初步研究。
Four [Ru (Ⅱ) Cl2 (DMSO) 2L1 ~ 4] complexes were synthesized by the reaction of cis- [RuCl2 (DMSO) 4] and isonicotinoylhydrazones (DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide, They are pyridin-4-ylformaldehyde isonicotinylhydrazone, p-methoxybenzaldehyde isonicotinylhydrazone, furan-2-ylformaldehyde isonicotinylhydrazone and p -nitrobenzaldehyde isonicotinylhydrazone respectively. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and 1H NMR. The electrochemical properties of the complexes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The antibacterial activity of the complexes and the inhibitory activity against human lung cancer cell line A549 were respectively studied by the method of perforation agar diffusion and MTT.
