今年9月5日是《档秦法》颁布15周年纪念日。为总结交流依法治档经验,在新肘期更好地贯彻实施《档案法》。9月2日,甘肃省档案局召开座谈会。座谈会上部分同志从不同的行业和角度阐述了15年来执行《档案法》所取得的成绩和变化。 王山虎（省委办公厅秘书二处处长）:《档案法》颁布15年来,我们的档案工作取得了一定的成绩,连续多年在全省档案系统受到表彰,1993年被评为省一级档案管理单位。这些成绩的取得,主要是我们学习贯彻《档案法》的结果。《档案法》颁布后,我们主要做了以下几方面的工作:（一）科学管理。我们在档案的收集、管理和提供利用方面进行了许多艰苦细致的探索和改革,使办公厅的档案管理进一步走向科学化、规范化
