超声弹性成像在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的应用

甲状腺结节是内分泌科临床常见的疾病,传统超声检查手段主要是多普勒血流成像技术,可通过病灶的形态、大小、回声等进行诊断[1-2],但对良恶性结节的诊断主要通过结节硬度来鉴别,具有较强的主观性。超声弹性成像技术是近年来受到较多关注的检查手段[3],其原理是不同组织的弹性系数不同,在增加外力或交变振动后应变也不同,检查时通过对受检对象某时间段内的应变率信号进行综合分析。
