用微量进样脉冲雾化火焰原子吸收法分析技术测定了血清中锌的含量,并研究了各种条件对测定的影响。该法的分析灵敏度为0.04ppm,回收率为90～112％,相对标准偏差为3.97％。
Micro-injection pulse atomization flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of zinc in serum and to study the influence of various conditions on the determination. The analytical sensitivity of this method is 0.04ppm, the recovery rate is 90 ~ 112% and the relative standard deviation is 3.97%.
