近十几年来,世界各国掷铁饼成绩,男、女均由五十多米进入七十米大关。我们且先不谈训练条件、身体素质等其他因素,单就技术的变革来说,是一个飞跃发展的时期。这是因为近十几年来,世界各国运动员、教练员、体育科学工作者在研究技术动力结构方面,充分挖掘了人体的潜在能力,使动作更经济、实效、更完善合理方面获得的成果。也就是在研究如何使掷铁饼技术循人体的最大半径,最长的用力工作距离,最大的旋转加速,以及动员更多的肌肉群参予投掷动作。
In the past decade or so, discus throwers from all over the world have entered the 70-meter mark from more than 50 meters. Let us not talk about other conditions, such as training conditions and physical fitness, and it is a period of rapid development in terms of technological change alone. This is because in the past ten years or so, athletes, coaches and sports science workers in various countries of the world have fully tapped the potential of the human body to study the structure of technological motivation, made the movements more economical and effective, and improved the results obtained from reasonable aspects. That is, it’s about how to make discus throwing the maximum radius of the human body, the longest working distance, the maximum speed of rotation, and the mobilization of more muscle groups to participate in the throwing action.
