在压缩机研发项目中,故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)是常用的工具方法,而传统FMEA存在一定的局限性,因而提出了基于模糊集理论和层次分析法的改进FMEA。该方法中,FMEA项目组首先对各种故障模式做出评价,建立评价故障模式S、O、D的模糊集语言集和对应的模糊数,计算其清晰数,然后利用层次分析法中两两比较矩阵确定S、O、D的权重,通过计算修正RPN来确定故障模式的风险顺序,同时对某压缩机研发项目进行了实例说明。
Compressor R & D project, failure mode and impact analysis (FMEA) is a common tool method, and the traditional FMEA has some limitations, thus based on the fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process improved FMEA. In this method, the FMEA project team first evaluates various failure modes, establishes a fuzzy set of fuzzy sets and corresponding fuzzy numbers to evaluate the failure modes S, O, D, calculates their clear numbers, and then uses the two-level analytic hierarchy process The comparison matrix determines the weights of S, O and D, and determines the risk sequence of failure modes by calculating and correcting RPN. Meanwhile, an example of a compressor R & D project is given.
