班级学习氛围,对于一个班集体的建设而言是举足轻重的。学风会影响着学生个体行为的方式和习惯,而且还会促进学生品德和成绩向良性方向发展。根据多年的班主任的实践,本人认为只有平时正确地引导学生,才能促进班级良好学习氛围的形成。 Class learning atmosphere, for a class collective construction is concerned. Style of study affects the way and habit of individual behavior, but also promotes the development of students’ virtues and achievements in a benign way.
