目的探讨有氧运动对肥胖儿童血清脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)及网膜素-1(Omentin-1)水平的影响。方法选取45例肥胖儿童作为观察组,对其采取有氧运动减肥治疗,2个月为一疗程。以30例健康体检儿童作为正常对照。酶联免疫法检测患者治疗前后血清Vaspin、Omentin-1水平,并观察治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)和腰臀比(WHR)变化。结果治疗前观察组肥胖儿童体重、BMI、WC、HC、WHR及血清Vaspin、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著高于正常组(P<0.05),Omentin-1及HDL-C水平低于正常组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组儿童体重、BMI、WC、HC、WHR及血清Vaspin、TG、TC、LDLC水平显著降低(P<0.05),Omentin-1及HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示肥胖儿童血清Vaspin水平与BMI指数、WC、WHR、TG呈正相关(P<0.05);而Omentin-1与BMI指数、WC、TG呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肥胖儿童存在血清Vaspin、Omentin-1水平异常;有氧运动可以显著调节二者水平,减轻体重。
Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on the levels of serum adipose-specific serine protease inhibitors (Vaspin) and omentin-1 in obese children. Methods Forty-five obese children were selected as the observation group and were treated with aerobic exercise to lose weight. Two months were a course of treatment. Thirty healthy children were taken as normal control. Serum Vaspin and Omentin-1 levels before and after treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the changes of body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC) and waist-hip ratio (WHR) were observed before and after treatment. Results The body weight, BMI, WC, HC, WHR, serum Vaspin, TG, TC and LDL-C of obese children in observation group before treatment were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05); Omentin-1 and HDL- (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of BMI, WC, HC, WHR, Vaspin, TG, TC and LDLC in the observation group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the levels of Omentin-1 and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly increased High (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the level of Vaspin in obese children was positively correlated with BMI, WC, WHR and TG (P <0.05), while Omentin-1 was negatively correlated with BMI, WC and TG, 0.05). Conclusion Obese children have abnormal levels of Vaspin and Omentin-1 in obese children. Aerobic exercise can significantly regulate the levels of both and reduce body weight.
