介绍了一种Ku波段五位数字移相器,采用PIN二极管作为开关原件,描述了:PIN二极管的开关原理,并给出了电路设计方案及仿真结果.五位移相器由11.25°,22.5°,45°,90°及180°五个移相单元构成,其中11.25°,22.5°,45°采用改进的加载线型结构,90°,180°采用改进的开关型结构,同时还研究了调节支路引入前后对电路性能的影响.移相器频率范围为13.2-14.8GHz,频宽为1.6GHz,驻波比小于1.72,插入损耗小于1.55dB,回波损耗优于12dB,仿真结果表明,各项指标达到设计要求.
