利用统计过程控制(简称SPC)方法设计了氟化铝的添加策略,研究表明,该控制策略能够保证槽况的平稳运行,电解铝生产过程中槽温、分子比和氟化铝下料量波动幅度显著降低。电流效率提高0.92%,直流电耗减少84k Wh/t-Al。
The addition strategy of aluminum fluoride was designed by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. The research shows that this control strategy can ensure the smooth operation of tank condition. The tank temperature, molecular ratio and the amount of aluminum fluoride fluctuated during electrolytic aluminum production The magnitude is significantly reduced. The current efficiency is increased by 0.92% and the DC power consumption is reduced by 84k Wh / t-Al.
