探讨了大豆脂肪酸快速气相色谱分析方法,不需从原料中提取脂质,直接将磨碎原料中的脂质皂化、甲脂化后,利用色谱柱HP519091 J-413,进行气相色谱分析。结果表明:软脂酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸的出峰时间依次为6.57、7.83、8.73、8.86、9.06 min。这种方法的优点是快速、操作方便、节省药品;即使在较低的杂交世代样品很少,用普通法不易提取脂质时,此法也能顺利地完成分析工作。
In this paper, the method of rapid gas chromatographic analysis of soybean fatty acid was discussed. The lipid in the raw material was directly saponified without the extraction of lipids from the raw materials. After being methylated, the column HP519091 J-413 was used for gas chromatography analysis. The results showed that the peak time of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid were 6.57,7.83,8.73,8.86,9.06 min. The advantages of this method are fast, easy to operate and drug-saving; this method can successfully perform the analysis even when the common sample is not easy to extract lipids even in the low generation of hybrids.
