企业制度主要用于约束、引导员工的行为。企业行政人事管理制度的合理有效设计,有助于企业内部理顺工作分工,便于内部管理。制度的增加可以促进企业管理的规范化,但是过多过细的规章制度又会限制企业管理的灵活性。本文针对企业行政人事管理制度合理化设计方面略作探讨。
The corporate system is mainly used to constrain and guide employee behavior. The rational and effective design of enterprise administrative personnel management system can help internalize the internal division of labor and facilitate internal management. The increase of the system can promote the standardization of the enterprise management, but too many too many rules and regulations will limit the flexibility of enterprise management. This article aims at the rational design of administrative personnel management system in enterprises.
