以胥兴春编制的《教师工作价值观问卷》,对西藏地区230名中学教师的工作价值观进行现状调查。结果表明,西藏地区中学教师工作价值观各维度的重要排序依次表现为:利他奉献、组织管理、人际关系、声望地位、职业发展、物质报酬、安全稳定,显示出他们对工作价值观持有比较积极的态度;此外,教师工作价值观受性别、学校所在地、学历、职务、教龄等因素的影响。
Based on “Questionnaire on Teachers’ Work Values” compiled by Xu Xingchun, this paper investigates the status quo of the work values of 230 middle school teachers in Tibet. The results show that the important rankings of various dimensions of work value outlook for secondary school teachers in Tibet are as follows: altruism dedication, organization and management, interpersonal relationship, prestige, career development, material reward, security and stability, showing that they hold more positive attitudes towards work values Attitude; In addition, teachers’ work values are influenced by such factors as gender, school location, education level, job title and teaching age.
