我们将“腐植酸钠制剂”(由河南省巩县药厂提供原药)制成20%黄腐植酸钠水溶液,用于治疗子宫颈炎,收到一定效果。临床分度分型及治疗前的检查(一)按肉眼所见,依宫颈炎糜烂面积大小可分为三度:Ⅰ度(轻度):糜烂面积不超过宫颈面积的1/3.Ⅱ度(中度):糜烂面积为宫颈面积的1/3～2/3.Ⅲ度(重度):糜烂面积占宫颈面积2/3以上.(二)按病变的性质分四型:1、单纯型糜烂.2、颗粒型糜烂.
