基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术(matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)在微生物检测与鉴定中有着广泛的应用前景。本文着重介绍了MALDI-TOF MS分析技术微生物检测原理、前处理技术及其在微生物检测、鉴定、分型、溯源分析中的应用。与传统的检测鉴定方法相比,MALDI-TOF MS分析技术表现出成本低、检测时间短、易于操作等显著的技术优势。随着微生物质谱数据库以及分析方法的逐渐完善,该技术将成为微生物实验室致病菌快速检测鉴定的重要分析手段。
Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) has broad application prospects in microbial detection and identification. This article focuses on the principle of MALDI-TOF MS analysis of microbial detection technology, pre-treatment technology and its application in microbial detection, identification, typing, traceability analysis. Compared with the traditional detection and identification methods, MALDI-TOF MS analysis technology shows the obvious technical advantages of low cost, short detection time and easy operation. With the gradual improvement of microbial mass spectrometry database and analytical methods, this technology will become an important analytical tool for rapid detection and identification of pathogenic bacteria in microbial laboratories.
