旅游业是现代经济发展中的重要产业,但面对近年来旅游企业人员跳槽频繁的问题,企业管理者应创新激励机制,为员工提供更优厚的福利,以留住人才,提高企业的核心竞争能力。
Tourism is an important industry in the development of modern economy. However, in the face of the frequent job-hopping of tourism enterprises in recent years, the managers of enterprises should innovate the incentive mechanism to provide employees with more favorable welfare so as to retain talents and enhance their core competition ability.
