The incidence has risen year by year, affecting the stability and unity of the society. Factors affecting the doctor-patient relationship are hospital factors, medical staff factors, patient factors and social factors in four aspects. This paper analyzes the influential factors that affect the relationship between doctors and patients, takes active measures to avoid and resolve disputes between doctors and patients, protects the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients, and promotes social stability.
