在歌唱表演中,很多歌手由于过度紧张,会出现心发慌、手冰凉、腿发抖、脸色发白、气息上浮、声嘶力竭、节奏不稳、走音离调等怯场现象。要克服这些怯场心态,一是要有严谨的治学态度,不要心存虚荣和侥幸心理;二是要加强心理素质方面的训练,在心理素质上不断地完善自己,克服怯场心态。本文将从歌唱中怯场心态的出现、注重平时的训练与审美心理的培养、临场的心理调节与控制、怯场心态的克服在日常学习中的培养等四个方面来进行阐述。
In the singing performance, many singers are over-stressed and may experience fright of heart, cold hands, shaking their legs, pale face, rising breath, hoarseness, unstable rhythms and tone-shifting. To overcome these stage fright psychology, one must have a rigorous attitude toward scholarship, do not live vanity and chance; the other is to strengthen psychological quality training, psychological quality constantly improve themselves to overcome the stage fright mentality. This article will elaborate from four aspects: the appearance of stage fright mentality, paying attention to the training and aesthetic psychology training, the psychological adjustment and control in the spot, the fright of stage fright psychology in the daily study.
