教育改革成败的关键在于教师,在于教师的专业化发展,所谓“成也萧何,败也萧何”。经过百年历史的我国教师教育正处于一个历史性转折和重要的发展时期。情况在变化,实践在发展,认识在深化。教师教育向何处去?全社会关注着我国教师教育的走向,教师教育战线面临重大课题和严峻挑战,新课程改革对教师的素质提出了更高的要求。教师应如何应对新课改?如何发展教师的专业化素质?谁能胜任21世纪的教育?这是一个社会广泛关注的问题。本文拟从教师专业化的认识、教师的专业化发展的标志、途径及专业化发展等方面加以论述。
The key to the success or failure of education reform lies in the teachers’ professional development. The so-called After a hundred years of history, teacher education in China is at a historic turning point and an important period of development. The situation is changing, practice is developing, and understanding is deepening. Where is teacher education? The whole society pays close attention to the direction of teacher education in our country. Teachers’ education front faces major issues and severe challenges. The new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements on the quality of teachers. How teachers should deal with the new curriculum reform? How to develop the professional qualities of teachers? Who is competent for 21st century education? This is a social concern. This article intends to discuss from the aspects of teachers’ specialization, the sign of professional development of teachers, ways and specialization.
