全纳教育的目的在于解决所有儿童、青少年和成年人的学习和教育需要。在实践中,全纳教育无法有效兼顾特殊学生与普通学生之间不同课程的需要;普通班级里部分特殊儿童的特殊需要无法得到充分满足。全纳教育要求特殊教育教师专业化发展。本文通过对全纳教育视野下的特殊教育教师专业化发展中尚存的问题进行分析、思考,提出了几点建议。
Inclusive education aims to address the learning and education needs of all children, adolescents and adults. In practice, inclusive education can not effectively balance the needs of different classes between special students and ordinary students; the special needs of some special children in ordinary classes can not be fully met. Inclusive education requires the specialization of special education teachers. This article analyzes and thinks about the remaining problems in special education teacher specialization in the perspective of inclusive education and puts forward some suggestions.
