家政服务业是现代服务业的一个新兴领域,近年来迎来了一个发展的高潮。然而,家政服务业管理人才资源的匮乏已严重制约了家政服务业的发展,如何构建家政管理人才培养与培训模式,使之满足家政服务业的发展需要,就显得尤为紧迫和重要。本文通过对杭州市多家家政公司的走访调查,全面分析了当前家政服务管理人才培养培训的现状及困境。
Domestic service is an emerging field of modern service industry, ushered in a climax of development in recent years. However, the shortage of management personnel resources in domestic service industry has severely restricted the development of domestic service industry. How to build a mode of training and training housekeeping personnel to meet the development needs of domestic service industry is particularly urgent and important.
