本文介绍的溶胀型聚丙烯酰胺,是以甲又基双丙烯酰胺为交联刺、用辐射聚合方法得到的粒状固体聚合物。该材料不溶于油,在水中则强烈溶胀而不溶解,是一种良好的选择性堵水剂。该材料用于选择性调整非均质砂岩油层注水井的吸水剖面,可降低高吸水层的吸入量,提高差油层的注水启动压力,扩大水驱面积,提高水驱采收率。也可用于封堵油井出水的溶洞和裂缝。这种材料还可随压裂砂挤入裂缝内,在油井压裂时进行预防性堵水。本文系统地介绍了溶胀型聚丙烯酰胺的合成工艺,溶胀性,封堵砂岩孔隙和油层出水溶洞、裂缝的模拟试验,现场封堵工艺和用该堵剂在大庆油田调整注水井吸水剖面的现场试验效果。
