为了解降脂理肝汤对非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)大鼠肠道微生物及其酶活性的影响,建立高脂饮食诱导的NAFLD大鼠模型,以降脂理肝汤治疗4周后,分析比较体重、肝重、肝指数、肠道菌群数和酶活.结果显示,模型组大鼠体重、肝重和肝指数明显高于正常组(P<0.01),肠道细菌总数、大肠杆菌和乳酸菌数量明显多于正常组(P<0.05),肠道木聚糖酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性高于正常组(P<0.05);降脂理肝汤显著降低NAFLD大鼠体重、肝重和肝指数(P<0.05),并且能抑制肠道细菌的生长,抑制大肠杆菌和乳酸菌的生长(P<0.05),使细菌总数和乳酸菌数量恢复至正常组水平(P>0.05).此外,降脂理肝汤还能抑制NAFLD大鼠肠道木聚糖酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),使其恢复到正常组水平(P>0.05).综上表明降脂理肝汤能调整NAFLD大鼠肠道菌群种群,改善高脂饮食诱导的NAFLD,结果可为该方的临床应用提供科学依据.(图3表2参18)
