目的:比较醋酸泼尼松对大鼠胫骨上段和腰椎松质骨及胫骨中段密质骨的影响。方法:醋酸泼尼松45mg·kg-1,ig,1周2次共90d。骨标本行不脱钙骨制片,骨组织形态计量学测量。结果:松质骨:激素组与对照组比,胫骨上段(PTM)和腰椎(LV)松质骨的骨量减少,骨结构变差;代表骨形成的参数值降低,而骨吸收参数值增加。与自身对照组比,PTM骨量减少40%,LV骨量减少28%。密质骨:激素组与对照组比,实验90d骨量未出现减少。骨外膜面代表骨形成的参数减少,骨内膜骨吸收参数增加。结论:醋酸泼尼松以抑制骨形成、促进骨吸收而致骨丢失。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of prednisone acetate on the dense bones of the upper tibia and the cancellous bone and middle tibia in rats. Methods: Prednisone acetate 4 5mg · kg-1, ig, 2 times a week for a total of 90d. Non-decalcified bone preparation of bone specimens, bone histomorphometry measurement. Results: Compared with the control group, cancellous bone: the bone mass of the cancellous bone in the upper tibia (PTM) and the lumbar vertebra (LV) decreased and the parameters representing the bone formation decreased and the bone resorption parameters increased . Compared with their own control group, PTM decreased bone mass 40%, LV bone mass decreased 28%. Cortical bone: hormone group compared with the control group, 90d bone mass did not appear to reduce. Bone formation on the surface of the outer membrane reduces the parameters of bone formation, endosteal bone resorption parameters increased. Conclusion: Prednisone acetate can inhibit bone formation and promote bone resorption, resulting in bone loss.
