用扫描电镜和显微硬度计研究经中性氟化钠处理后釉质的表现和显微硬度,结果表明釉质表面有CaF_2颗粒沉积,其形成与氟浓度,处理时间,氟化纳剂型及釉质表面状况有关。氟化纳使经乳酸脱矿的釉质的硬度明显上升,再次脱矿后,其硬度虽有下降却无统计学意义。说明F~-不仅使Ca~(2+)、PO_4~(3-)等沉积于釉质表面使其再矿化,且能降低其溶解速度,在抑制釉质再脱矿方面发挥作用。
The morphology and microhardness of enamel treated with neutral sodium fluoride were studied by scanning electron microscopy and microhardness tester. The results showed that there were CaF 2 particles deposition on the surface of enamel. The formation and the concentration of fluoride, the treatment time, the dosage forms of fluoride and the enamel surface Status related. The hardness of enamel treated with lactic acid demineralized sodium fluoride increased obviously. After demineralization, the hardness of the enamel decreased not statistically. It shows that F ~ - can not only make Ca ~ (2 +), PO_4 ~ (3 ~) et al deposited on the surface of enamel for remineralization, but also reduce its dissolution rate and play an important role in inhibiting enamel remineralization.
