高层建筑钢筋混凝土结构的选型及构件布置,直接决定了建筑的抗震动力特性,结构安全及经济合理性。在设计实践中,由于建筑使用功能的复杂、平面布置、立面风格的特殊要求,往往无法达到结构抗震的最合理布局。本文结合工程实例,探讨如何在建筑条件的局限下,遵循抗震概念设计原则,在充分了解各结构类型中构件受力及变形特点的基础上,有针对性地解决遇到的问题,通过计算机辅助程序进行细致的量化计算,将各项抗震指标控制在合理范围内,最终确定完整的抗震体系布置。
High-rise building reinforced concrete structure selection and component arrangement, directly determines the seismic performance of buildings, structural safety and economic rationality. In the design practice, due to the complicated function of the building, the layout of the floor and the special requirements of the style of the facade, the most reasonable layout of the structure is often not achieved. Based on the engineering examples, this paper discusses how to follow the principle of seismic conceptual design under the limitation of building conditions. On the basis of fully understanding the force and deformation characteristics of components in each type of structure, the problems encountered are solved in a targeted manner. Computer- Program detailed and quantitative calculation, the various seismic indicators in a reasonable range, and ultimately determine the complete anti-seismic system layout.
