Objective: To analyze the effect of pain management in traumatic fracture. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2016, 50 undergraduate traumatic fracture patients were selected as the research group. In addition, 47 traumatic fracture patients undergoing undergraduate courses from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected As a control group. The control group was given basic nursing, and the study group was given pain management. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: After receiving nursing care, the pain intensity of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The sleep time of the study group was longer and the nursing satisfaction was higher. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying the model of pain nursing management to traumatic fracture nursing can improve the nursing quality, relieve pain and speed up recovery.
