引进国外先进技术以推动我国国民经济发展,是我国的一项长期发展战略。在目前资金和技术都相对缺乏的发展初期,引进国外技术可以节省开发经费,以较少的投入取得较大的收益,对我国生产力的迅速提升具有十分重要的意义。
The introduction of foreign advanced technology to promote the development of China’s national economy is a long-term development strategy for China. In the early stage of development, where funds and technology are relatively lacking, the introduction of foreign technology can save development funds, and it can achieve greater returns with less investment, which is of great significance to the rapid increase of productivity in China.
