离子色谱法具有选择性好、灵敏度高、迅速简单的优点,建立了离子色谱分析冷却液中F-、Cl-、Br-的测定方法。采用Dionex Ion Pac TM AS19色谱分离柱、Dionex Ion Pac TM AG19色谱保护柱,柱温为30℃,池温为35℃,淋洗液为20 mmol/L的KOH溶液,4种样品加标含量为1.0μg/m L和10.0μg/m L时,3种卤族元素离子的回收率为82.25%~109.54%(RSD≤7.74%);并对该方法进行了重复性试验,日内重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.04%~3.20%,日间重复性的相对标准偏差为0.13%~5.52%。
Ion chromatography has the advantages of good selectivity, high sensitivity and rapidity. A method for the determination of F-, Cl- and Br- in ion-exchange chromatography was established. The Dionex Ion Pac TM AS19 chromatography column and Dionex Ion Pac AG19 chromatography column were used. The column temperature was 30 ℃, the cell temperature was 35 ℃ and the eluent was 20 mmol / L KOH solution. The recoveries of three halogens were 82.25% -109.54% (RSD≤7.74%) at 1.0μg / m L and 10.0μg / m L, and the repeatability of the method was tested.
