目的了解临海市学龄儿童碘营养状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法按地理分布采用随机整群抽样方法,采集8~10岁学龄儿童尿样,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定。结果共检测308份尿样,尿碘中位数(P25~P75)为152.5(95.1~247.0)μg/L,尿碘<100μg/L,占27.60%;尿碘<50μg/L,占10.71%。不同性别、年龄儿童尿碘水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年份儿童尿碘水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临海市8~10岁学龄儿童碘营养水平总体处于适宜水平。
Objective To understand the status of iodine nutrition in school-age children in Linhai and provide the basis for formulating the corresponding interventions. Methods According to geographical distribution, a random cluster sampling method was used to collect urine samples from school-aged children aged 8 to 10 years and determined by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results A total of 308 urinary samples were detected. The median urinary iodine (P25 ~ P75) was 152.5 (95.1 ~ 247.0) μg / L, urinary iodine <100μg / L, accounting for 27.60% . There was no significant difference in urinary iodine level between children of different sexes and ages (P> 0.05). Urine iodine level in children of different years had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The iodine nutrition of school-age children aged 8-10 years in Linhai City is generally at an appropriate level.
