目的观察强心复脉颗粒对家兔窦房结急性损伤模型的影响。方法选用实验家兔50只,分为5组,即模型对照组、强心复脉颗粒大剂量组、强心复脉颗粒中剂量组、强心复脉颗粒小剂量组、阿托品组。实验组给予强心复脉颗粒,阳性对照组给予阿托品。结果强心复脉颗粒可以提高心率,改善窦房结功能,使起搏频率增快,从异位心律变为窦性心律,从而改善家兔心肌缺血,促进心肌细胞的代谢。结论强心复脉颗粒有提高心率、改善心肌缺血的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Qiangxin Fumai granule on the acute injury model of sinoatrial node in rabbits. Methods Fifty rabbits were selected and divided into five groups: model control group, Qiangxin Fumai granule large dose group, Qiangxin Fumai granule middle dose group, Qiangxin Fumai granule small dose group and atropine group. Experimental group given Qiangxin Fumai particles, positive control group given atropine. Results Qiangxin Fumai granule can improve heart rate, improve sinus node function, make pacing frequency faster, change from ectopic heart rhythm to sinus rhythm, so as to improve rabbit myocardial ischemia and promote myocardial cell metabolism. Conclusion Qiangxin Fumai granule can improve heart rate and improve myocardial ischemia.
