目的:探讨高能聚焦超声(HIFu)治疗乳糜尿的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析采用FEP-BY02型HIFu治疗乳糜尿患者25例。结果:25例患者均安全接受治疗,治疗后1～4个月行常规尿乳糜定性试验,转阴性20例(80%),仍呈阳性5例(20%)。治疗后随访1年,25例显效患者中,乳糜尿消失率为90%,复发率为10%。结论:HIFu治疗乳糜尿具有安全、创伤小、并发症少、疗效好等优点,结果满意。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of high energy focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of chyluria. Methods: Twenty-five patients with chyluria treated with FEP-BY02 HIFU were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Twenty - five patients were safely treated. Qualitative urine chyme qualitative test was performed 1-4 months after treatment. Twenty patients (80%) were negative and remained positive in 5 cases (20%). Followed up for 1 year after treatment, 25 cases markedly effective in patients with chyluria disappearance rate of 90%, the recurrence rate was 10%. Conclusions: HIFU is safe, less invasive and has fewer complications and good curative effects. The results are satisfactory.
