目的:观察寒性中药黄芩对大鼠能量代谢的影响。方法:给正常大鼠灌服6.0、3.0 g/kg黄芩水煎液,连续给药43 d,测定给药前及给药后每5 d大鼠体质量增加量、体温、饮水量,检测能量代谢相关酶活性及脂肪代谢的影响,同时采用放射免疫法检测血清中的T3、T4、TSH含量。结果:黄芩能使大鼠体质量增幅提高、饮水量减少,并能降低大鼠肝脏SDH活性、血清游离脂肪酸含量、脂蛋白脂酶及肝脂酶活性,但对Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性及血清T3、T4、TSH含量、大鼠体温影响不明显。结论:寒性中药黄芩能抑制大鼠能量代谢,其机制可能与甲状腺素途径无关。
Objective: To observe the effect of radix scutellariae radix on energy metabolism in rats. Conclusion: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi can inhibit energy metabolism in rats, the mechanism may be related to the thyroid hormone pathway has nothing to do.
