利用近红外光谱技术,建立了一种快速测定盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷的方法。运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷含量与其近红外光谱之间的校正模型,模型的校正集内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.992 1,交互验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.010 4,外部预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.010 5,预测值的平均相对误差为4.12%。
A rapid method for the determination of diosgenin in Dioscorea zingiberensis has been established by near-infrared spectroscopy. The partial least square method (PLS) was used to establish the calibration model between Dioscorea nipponica and its near-infrared spectra. The calibration coefficient (R2) of the calibration set was 0.992 1, RMSECV was 0.010 4, the root mean square error of external prediction (RMSEP) was 0.010 5, and the average relative error of prediction was 4.12%.
