用酸性染料比色法、酸碱滴定法对同一附子样品中乌头生物碱进行含量测定，实验结果表明，两种测定方法结果近似。
The content of aconitine alkaloids in the same aconite sample was determined by acid dye colorimetric method and acid-base titration method. The experimental results showed that the two methods have similar results.
