修炼气功的人都知道,气功的三要素是:调身、调息、调心(亦称调神)。三调之中,调心是最难掌握的。心静体自松,呼吸自然也就不调而自调。在练功调心方面,有很多方法能快速调整心态,祛除杂念,如数息法、观想美好意境法、念咒法等等。但是上述方法仅仅是修炼气功时常采用的一些技术及窍门,调心的最有效手段,即解决练功不能深层入静最根本的方法是修德,修德的好与坏,与修炼者功效的好坏有直接的关系。
People who practice Qigong know that the three elements of qigong are: body adjustment, interest rate adjustment, and mind adjustment (also known as adjusting God).
