窄形、双层可移式升降台,对提高650开坯轧机的机时产量有显著成效。同时又能在轧机失误的情况下,该升降台可借助于失误轧件的冲击力,自动后移,避免了设备的损坏事故,从而提高了轧机的作业率,又降低了设备的损耗。这种用于开坯机上的升降台,我厂从1973年首创使用至今已有六年,与同类通用设计相比,它具有较大的越越性。本文概要介绍了该升降台的工作原理,主要结构及平衡配重的简易计算与现场调试方法。
