关于科技劳动是否创造价值、科技劳动如何参与分配等问题的讨论历久弥新,如何对科技工作者的劳动报酬进行定性和定量,始终是马克思劳动价值论在当代需要解决的问题。立足当前社会主义市场经济的现实条件,结合中国科技工作者的职业具有前期投入大、劳动成果难以量化以及工作动机非货币化等特点,提出确定科技工作者劳动报酬的公式,灵活运用市场经济下衍生出的具体支付方式,科学确定并支付科技工作者的劳动报酬,具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。
The discussions on whether scientific and technological labor create value, how scientific and technological labor participate in the distribution and so on are long and prosperous. How to conduct qualitative and quantitative labor remuneration for scientific and technological workers has always been a problem that Marx's labor theory of value needs to be solved in the contemporary era.
