随着技术的进步和社会的发展,无损检测和材料性能测试技术作为质量控制中的主要手段不断进步,然而目前的技术手段仍无法满足金属材料的检测需求。在中国特种设备检测研究院牵头下,20家产学研用单位共同申报了“十三五”国家重点研发计划“国家质量基础的共性技术研究与应用(NQI)”专项项目“金属材料超声无损检测及微损测试关键技术研究与仪器研制”并获得立项。本文主要介绍该项目的背景、目标及总体研究方案、预期主要研究成果等相关内容。
With the advancement of technology and the development of society, nondestructive testing and material property testing technology are continuously improving as the main means of quality control. However, the current technical means are still unable to meet the testing requirements of metal materials. Under the lead of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, 20 units of industry, university and research institutes jointly applied for the “13th Five-Year Plan”, “NQI”, “Special Project” Material ultrasonic non-destructive testing and micro-damage testing of key technology research and equipment development "and obtain project.
