针对高压柱塞泵液缸体开裂问题,对液缸的结构及受力情况进行研究,分析了液缸体的材料、壁厚确定和强度校核方法及安全系数的取值。当液体工作压力在50~70 MPa时,建议液缸选用42CrMo锻造液缸体。结构设计时,注意把液缸体内的高应力集中部位和高压交变载荷区分开来。在制造工艺上采取措施,所有孔的相交处倒圆角R5,并保证内孔的粗糙度Ra≤3.2μm,以减弱应力集中的影响。
Aiming at the cracking problem of high-pressure plunger pump cylinder body, the structure and stress of hydraulic cylinder are studied.
