首先分析了“两能型”物流人才的内涵，然后剖析物流管理专业实施“两能型”人才培养模式的必要性，并对物流管理专业创业教育与就业教育两种模式进行了比较，最后提出了物流管理专业“两能型”人才培养模式的建设要求及特色构建思路。“,”This paper firstly analyzes the meaning of ＂Two Ability-type＂ logistics talents, then analyzes the necessity for the major of logistics management to carry out ＂Two Ability-type＂ talents training model, and the two models of employment education and entreprenemship education were compared with, lastly puts forward building requirements and building ideas of characteristics for the major of logistics management to carry out ＂Two Ability-type＂ talents training model.
