目的:探讨PDCA循环法在提升医院门诊药房管理中的作用。方法:依据采用的管理方法不同,分为对照组和PDCA组。对照组按照传统方法管理,PDCA组按照PDCA循环法进行管理。比较两组药房调剂差错率、不合格处方率及PDCA实施前后患者满意度。结果 PDCA循环管理法实施后,调剂差错率较对照组下降73.3%(P<0.05);不合格处方率较对照组下降81.9%(P<0.05);患者总满意率明显上升,达到98.5%(P<0.05)。以上均达到预定目标。结论:运用PDCA循环法管理门诊药房,有助于减少调剂差错率和不合格处方率,提高患者满意度,进一步提升医院药房管理水平。
Objective: To explore the role of PDCA circulation in promoting the outpatient pharmacy management. Methods: According to the different management methods, divided into control group and PDCA group. The control group was managed according to the traditional method, and the PDCA group was managed according to the PDCA cycle method. Compare the two groups of pharmacy transfer error rate, unqualified prescription rate and PDCA before and after the implementation of patient satisfaction. Results After the implementation of PDCA method, the error rate of dispensing was decreased by 73.3% (P <0.05) compared with that of the control group. The rate of unqualified prescription was decreased by 81.9% (P <0.05) compared with the control group. The total satisfaction rate of patients increased significantly to 98.5% P <0.05). All above the target. Conclusion: The management of outpatient pharmacies by PDCA cycle helps to reduce the error rate of dispensing and the rate of unqualified prescriptions, improve patient satisfaction and further improve the management of hospital pharmacies.
